Before using Ghea we used paper occurence books and timesheets. We also relied on whatsapp heavily.

We are currently using Ghea for:  

• Daily Officer Attendance and Scheduling 

• Incident Reporting and Processing 

• Patrol Monitoring , which includes our health and safety checks.

Ghea has helped us provide better quality reports to our client and deliver better service, because we are able to detect and respond to issues much faster.
